Refund Policy

There is a no-refund policy. At the discretion of the instructor, a refund may be considered in the case of severe illness or injury (a doctor's note would be required).

Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather we will reschedule the class to Friday of that week. All Fridays are reserved for make-up classes as required.

Private Lesson Make up Policies

For private lessons, we allow 1 make up class if the student or their parents emails a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of the class. This class must be made up on a Friday and subject to availability.

For semi-private lessons, there are no make up classes.
